Brightfields was founded by Faten El Ayache www.fatens.com and a team of seasoned industry professionals to address a vital need: the workplace often lacks a focus on the human element and meaningful connection.

 

Faten, an Executive Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, CIPD Certified Trainer, Career Development Facilitator, and Positive Psychology Practitioner, brings over 20 years of diverse corporate experience in management, sales, learning and development, HR, and career consulting.

In her career path, Faten has worked with prestigious multinational and governmental organizations. During her corporate journey, she recognized the absence of a people-centric approach and the undervaluation of the human factor in achieving professional success. This realization inspired the creation of Brightfields, a platform dedicated to integrating empathy into workplaces, empowering leaders, and equipping individuals with tools for growth.

With a mission to unlock potential through innovative coaching, leadership development, and learning solutions grounded in Positive Psychology, and Neuroscience, Brightfields operates in the UK, UAE, and Qatar, delivering services in English and Arabic to create meaningful change across diverse cultures.
